Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Jasica Cleaning Services Ltd, you will:

1. Supervise and Coordinate Activities: You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our cleaning staff. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
2. Safety and Cleanliness Inspection: Regularly inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and employees.
3. Maintenance Services: Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services when necessary to address specific cleaning requirements or issues.
4. Payment Handling: You will also handle payment processing for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and well-documented.
5. Coordinated Workflow: Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless work activities and meet the company’s overall objectives.
6. Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for cleaning staff, optimizing efficiency and productivity while accommodating employee preferences where possible.

Supervision

You will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure they perform their duties effectively.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role operates in a fast-paced environment and is physically demanding. It involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
